Michael J. Manning - Attorney at Law

		ATTORNEY MICHAEL J. MANNING: Mr. Manning is a native of the Michigan's Upper Peninsula and chose to stay in the area that he loves to continue his career in the legal profession. Michael graduated with honors from both Michigan State University and Wayne State Law School. He worked at a large personal injury law firm in the City of Detroit before escaping to Escanaba to become Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Delta County. In that role, he handled criminal trials as well as family law in his role as attorney for the Delta County Friend of the Court. Currently Mr. Manning handles the general practice of law specializing in criminal defense, divorce and family law, and personal injury and death cases, as he has for the past 25 years. For the last 10 years Mr. Manning has also held the position of Tribal Public Defender for the Hannahville Indian Community. 		STAFF: Sandra Wolf acts as the firm's administrator and legal assistant. Sandy has been with our firm from its inception and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and common sense in handling our clients problems. Sandy also manages our law library and online research as well as the forward-thinking technical components of trial preparation and presentation.
		Larry Arkens acts as our primary private investigator and provides surveillance, interviewing expertise, site review and documentation as well as assistance in trial preparation. Ernie Sheedlo is the firm's process server and has no equal in getting the job done promptly with a humanistic approach. The firm also works closely with various experts in the fields of finance, real estate, medical, substance abuse, mental health, and forensic science issues.
